Belle Vernon Area Rotary Club Install Peace Pole in North Belle Vernon

On Saturday, July 19 the Belle Vernon Area Rotary Club unveiled a Peace Pole in North Belle Vernon at the corner of Broad Avenue and Fayette Avenue. A Peace Pole is an internationally recognized symbol of the desire to have peace on earth.

The Peace Pole in North Belle Vernon joins the more than 250,000 others spread throughout the globe. Along each side is “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in 4 different languages.
