North Belle Vernon Halloween Parade & Trick-or-Treat 2026

Get ready for a frightfully fun afternoon in North Belle Vernon! Our annual Halloween Parade and Trick-or-Treat returns on Saturday, October 31, 2026, bringing costumes, candy and plenty of Halloween spirit to the borough.

👻 Halloween Parade

The Halloween Parade begins at 1 p.m.

• Lineup begins at 12:30 p.m. at the corner of Short Street and Broad Avenue.

• The parade will travel along Broad Avenue and conclude at the corner of Wilson Street and Broad Avenue.

Community groups and organizations are welcome to participate. Those joining the parade should arrive at the starting point at 12:30 p.m.

🧙 Parade Costume Contest

Come dressed to impress! Our annual costume contest will take place during the parade, with prizes awarded in five categories:

• Scariest

• Most Original

• Funniest

• Cutest

• Best Group

Participants will receive a number during lineup. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the parade.

🍬 Trick-or-Treat

The Halloween fun continues throughout North Belle Vernon with Trick-or-Treat from 3 to 5 p.m.

Residents who plan to hand out candy are encouraged to turn on their porch lights and help make it a fun and safe afternoon for our neighborhood trick-or-treaters.
